(3) Where an offence under sub-section (I) has been committed by a company the provisions of section 465 of this Act shall apply to such company. Construction building in Contravention of the provisions of the Act rules made thereunder Explanation :- "Company" shall have the same meaning as in the Explanation to section 465.
