The Municipality may, with tire sanction of the State Government, establish a toll-bar on any public street in the municipal area and levy a toll at such toll-bar case of contravention. Removal of poster, hoarding, etc. Surcharge on tax on entertainment. Surcharge electricity on consumption. Tax on tourists and congregations. Toll on roads. on vehicles at such rate as may be determined by the State Government from time to time.
