(1) The State Council shall consider all applications as may be received bythe Registrar from persons holding medical qualifications for Registrations with State Council in the manner as may be prescribed. (2) The Registrar of State Council, shall award provisional registration to lhe students of either the Government or Private Medical Colleges in the Srtate for undertaking clmpulsory intemship training after passing final examination in the manneras may be prescribed.
