The State Council shallreceive 100% financialgrant from the State Government to meet its expenses on pay and allowances and other service benefits of its Registrar and other employees and also for meeting the accommodation , Stationary, Equip-ment, travelling / dearness allowance and other allowances, expenses, and the State Council's account shall be audited annually through the Sitate Government authorities or a Chartered Accountant.
