No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Lokayukta or against any officer, employee, agency or any person, in respeat ofanything which is done in good faith or intended to be done under thisAcl or the rules or the regulations made thereunder 51 . The Chairperson, Members, officers and other employees of the Lokayukta shall be deemed, when acting or purporling to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 ofthe lndian Penal Code, 1860.
