(1) ThisAct may be called theArunachal Pradesh Lokayukta Act, 2014. (2) ltextends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) lt shall be applicable to the public servants of the State ofArunachal Pradesh seruing in and outside the State and the public servants underthe control of Government ofArunachal Pradesh. (4) lt shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
