(1) Thereshallbe a Fanance Committee constitutedby Finance the Academic Senate consisting of the following, Commissioner. namely:- (a) The Chancellor (b) The Pro-Chancellor (c) The Vice-Chancellor. (d) The Registrar (e) The Finance Officer (f) A nominee of the State Government of Arunachal Pradesh. (g) Two nominees of the Governing Council. (h) Two nominees of the WIBP (2) The membec of the Finance Committee other than the ex-officio members shall hold office for a term of three years. (3) The functions and duties of the Finance Committee shall be as follows :- (a) to examine and scrutinize the annual budget of the Universrtyand to make recommendation on financial matters to the Executive Committee. (b) to consider all proposals for new expenditure and to make recommendations to the Executive Committee. (c) to examine the annual accounts of the University and advice the Executive Committee thereon (d) to examine the annual budget estimate and advice the ExecuUve Committee thereon.
