(1) TheAcademic Senate shallconsist of the following persons, namety :- (a) Vice - Chancellor - Chairperson (b) Registrar - Secretary (c) Deans of the Faculties, (d) Four professors from the f,aculty mombers noniinated by the Vice-Chancellor. (e) Two nominee of the Chancellor. (f) Four external experts nominated by the Chancellor. (2) The term of office of the members other than ex-officio membeE shall be three years. Provided that the terms of theJirst Academic Senate shall be five years.
