Repealofthe Arunachal Pradesh Parliamentary Secretaries (Appointment, Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2007 (No. 4 of 2007). ('l ) Consequent upon the dismntinuation of the appointmentof Parliamentary Secretaries vide Govemment Order No. ParllAff-64t2QOl 1865 dated 136 August, 20'18 which was issued in compliance of lhe Gauhati High Court order passed in PIL No.22 (AP) 2016, the Arunachal Pradesh Parliamentary Secretaries (Appointment, Salaries, Allowances and Miscellaneous Provisions)Act, 2007 ( No. 4 of 20O7) was deemed repealed with effect from 1 3th August, 2018 is hereby formally repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, if any case(s) proceedings is pending before anyauthorities, Tribunal(s) or Court(s) under the said Act, the same shall be proceeded under the provisions of the said Act, as if the said Act has not been repealed.
