(1) The Government may confirm the table of revenue rates submitted to it by the settlement officer with such modifications, if any, as it may consider necessary. (2) The table of revenue-rates confirmed under sub-section (1) shall be finally published in the official Gazette. Rates of revenue to form part of settlement register.
