(1) Save as otheruise expressly provided in any other provision of this Act, an appeal shall lie from an original or appellate order of any officer of the Board or the Chairman under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder- (a) to the Chairman when the order is made by any officer of the Board ; (b) to the Board when the order is made by the Chairman. (2) Every such appeal shall be prelerred within a period of thirty days of the date of communica- tion of the order: Provided that the Chairman orthe Board, as the case may be, may entertain the appeal after the expiry of the period of thirty days if it is considered that the appellant was prevented by sutficient cause from filing the appeal in time.
