The Tribunal shall- (a) decide whelher any compensation is payable under section 29 ; (b) decide the amount ot compensation in matters referred lo it under section 31 ; (c) decide disputes relating to betterment charges referred to it under section 40 ; (d) decide disputes and the amount ol compensation to be awarded under section 43 ; and (e) decide such other matters as may be prescribed by the rules made in this behalf.
