The Board may, atany time, vary any Housing Scheme or any part thereof included in the Budget as sanctioned by the State Government: Provided thal no such variation shall be made if it involves expenditure in excess of 10 per cent ol the amount as originally sanctioned for lhe execution o, that particular housing scheme included in the Budget or if it affects the scope or purpose of such scheme.
