No housing scheme shall be made under this Act for any area lor which an improvement scheme has akeady been sanctioned by the State Government, or any other enactment lor the time being in force, nor any housing scheme made under this Act shallcontain anything which is inconsistent with any ol the matter included in a town planning scheme ol the State Government under any law for the time being in lorce.
