(1) The Board shall prepare once in every year. in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, an annual report, giving a true and full account ol its activities during the previous year, and shall forward a copy thereol to the State Government. (2) The accounls of the Board shall be audited annually by the Examiner of the Local Audlt Department or by such other person as the State Government may direct. (3) As soon as the accounts of the Board are audited the Board shall send a copy of the audit, report to the Sale Government.
