- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Home GuardsAct, 2006
- S. 2Section 2 establishes the Home Guards volunteer body for Arunachal Pradesh and assigns roles to the Director General and District Superintendents of Police.
- S. 3The Commandant can appoint Home Guards and assign them roles, subject to approval by the Commissioner/Secretary, Home.
- S. 4Section 4 empowers the Commandant to call out Home Guards for training or duties, including emergencies.
