Application of General Fund j The General Fund shall be utilized for meeting all expenses, recuning or non-recuning in connection with the affairs of the University: Provided that no expenditure shall be incuned by the University in excess of ttre limits for total recuring expenditure and total non-recuning expenditure for the year, as may be fixed by the Board of Management, without the prior appro\ral of the Board of Man€gement.
