Declaration of results : (1) The university shall declare the resulls of every examination conducted by it within sixty days from the last date of the examinalion for that particular course orwithin such time period as may be mentioned in the statute; Provided that, if for any reason whatsoever, the university is unable to finally declare the results of any examination within the aforesaid period of sixty days, it shall submit a report incorporatlng the reasons for such delay to the State Government. The State Government may, thereon issue such directions as it may deem fit. ?77 (2) No examination or the results of an examination shall be held invalid only for the reasons that the university has not followed the time schedule as stipulated in section 33 or as the case may be in section 34.
