Filling up of emergent vacancies : Any vacancies occurred in the membership of authorities of the University due to death, resignation or removalofa memberor due to change of capacity in which he was appointed or nominated, shall be filled up as early as possible by the person or the body who had appointed or nominated such a member: Provued that the person appointd or nominated as a memberofan authority of the University on an emergent vacancy, shall remain memberof such authority for only the remaining period of the member, in whose place he is appointed or nominated.
