Disqualification for membership of an authority : A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of tlre authorities of the University, if he- (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court, (b) is an undercharged insolvent; (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude, or' (d) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
