Registration during transition Every dealer who is: (a) registered under the Arunachal Pradesh Sales Tax Act 1999 at the time of commencement of this Act; and (b) whose turnover in the year preceding the commencement of this Act exceeds the taxable quantum, : is registered under this Act with effect from the notified date.
