The Government sholl constitute o Fund, to be colled the Consumer Welfore Fund ond there sholl be credited to the Fund,- (o) the omount referred to in sub- section (5) of section 54; (b) ony income from investment of the omount credited to the Fund; ond (c) such other monies received by it, in such monner os moy be prescribed.
