(1) ThisAct may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Public Gambling (Prohibition) Act, 2012. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh. (3) lt shall come into forc€ on such date, as the State Government, by notificatlon appoint.
