Repeal and saving : The Arunachal Pradesh Flood Plarn Zoning Ordinance, 2024 is hereby repealed. Notwithstanding such repeal, any order issued or action taken under the sard ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly taken under the corresponding sections of this Act.
