Protection of action taken in good faith : (1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie agarnst the State Government or any authority or person exerosing any power or performrng any duty under this Act for anything which rs rn good faith done or rntended to be done in pursuance ofthrsAct or an order made thereunder.
