No suit prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government ofArunachal Pradesh and any Ollicer of lhe Government or any person duly authorized to Act under the provisions of section 7 ol this Act in respect of any action taken by him or anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
