Inthe Arunachal Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management ~ Amendment of Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006), in section 4, in sub-section (3), after Section 4. clause (), the following clause shall be added:- "(i) From and out of the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP), there shall be allowed an additional borrowing of two percent to the State Government in the financial year 2020-21 to fight Covid-19 Pandemic which had a serious negative impact on the resources of the State Government. Provided that, the additional borrowing shall be subject to maintaining standards of service delivery to the public to strengthen resources in the hands of State Government. Provided further that, the relaxation limits shall be partly unconditional and partly conditional as specified in Table "A’ and two percent of GSDP as specified in Table 'B'. Table 'A’ Sl.
