Whoever wilfully violates the provision of section 11 of this Act or fails without reasonable cause to comply with the same or any person who wilfully obstructs or interferes with any member of the force who is engaged in fire fighting operation shall be punishable on conviction before a Magistrate with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
