(1) No person who is licensed to sell country liquor for consumption on his premises shall, during the hours in which such premises are kept open for business, employ or permit to be employed, either with or without remuneration any person under the age of twenty one years, in any part of such premises in which such liquor consumed by the public. (2) No person who is license to sell country liquor for consumption on his premises shall, without the previous written permission of the Excise Commissioner, during the hours in which such premises are kept open for business, employ or permit to be employed either with or without remuneration, any women, in any part such premises in which such liquor is consumed by the public. (3) Every permission granted under subsection (2) shall be endorsed on the license and may be modified or withdrawn.
