Power to terminate contract of employment: - If the State Government or the Special Officer appointed under section 64 is of the opinion that any contract of employment entered into by the Governing Council in relation to the educational institution at any time before taking over is unduly e:1'oneous, it or he may, by giving to the employee one month's notice in writing or salary or wages for one month in lieu thereof, terminate such contract employment. 529
