Promotion of education of the weaker sections and the physica_lly challenged: The State Government shall endeavor to promote the education of the physically challenged and the weaker sections of the society including the economically weaker sections thereof and in particular of the Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribes with special care by adopting towards that end such measure as may be appropriate.
