Prohibition of other malpractices at examinations, ctc r- Any person who adopts or takes recourse to any malpractice other than those punishable under sections 112. 1 I 4, 115. 116 and 1 I 7 shall. on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one week or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
