Delinition : ln this Act unless the context otheMise requires,- (a) "Act" means The Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneurs and Professionals, lncentive, Developmentand Promotional Act, 2015. (b) "District Based Enlrepreneurs and Protessionals" means and includes any person who is involved in activity of execution of Development and welfare project ol the Government and includes Architect, Engineers, Contractors, Doctors etc, but 234 does not include any government official. The person must be local having Arunachal Pradesh domiciled certificate and is a permanent resident of the District. (c) "Prescribed" means prescribed by Rules under this Act. (d) "Scheduie" means Schedule to this Act.
