In the Criminal Law Amendment Act. 1952 (Central Act No.. 46 of 195?) in its application to the State of Arunacbal Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as thc principal Act). for sub-section (2) of seclion 6, the follo*ing sub-section shal[ be substituted, namely :-..
