(iv) Seven percentum on the next one lakh rupees; and (v) Seven percentum on the remainder of such amount or value in respect of such portion of the aggregate amount or value as consists of the amount or value of debts or securities so specified, the fees herein before provided in that behalf in this Serial numbers ; and (vi) Three percentum on such portion of the first then thousand rupees.
