The Registrar or the persons authorized by him, when acting under sections 84, 86 or 90 shall have the power to summon and enforce the attendance or any person to give evidence or to compel the production of any document or other material object by the same means and in the same manner as is provided in the case of Civil Court under the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, or the analogous, law in force in the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
