(1) Every member of a society shall exercise his vote in person and no member shall be permitted to vote by proxy. Liability of past member and estate of deceased member. Insolvency of members. Expulsion of members. Manner of exercising vote. APCS ACT 1978 18 (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (I) ; a society which is a member of another society may, subject to the Rules, appoint one of the members to vote on its behalf in the affairs of that other society.
