Exemption of requisitions from Liquidator of Co-operative Societies from ad valorem fee.-Requisitions from a Liquidator of Cooperative Societies appointed under section 90 of the Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 1940 (Ben. Act XXI of 1940), submitted under rule 139 of the Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 1942, shall be treated as applications from a Government officer, and shall accordingly be exempt from ad valorem fee.
