Cost for feeding livestock and expenses attending its removal to Court-In the event of the certificate- debtor failing to feed attached live stock, the officer shall call upon the certificate-holder either to pay for feeding it on the spot, or for the expenses attending its removal to the Court. If the certificate-holder shall fail to provide for either, the officer shall report the matter, without delay, to the Certificate Officer who may thereupon withdraw the attachment.
