Application by purchaser resisted or obstructed in obtaining possession of immovable property.-(1) lfthe purchaser of any immovable property sold in execution of a certificate is resisted or obstructed by any person in obtaining possession of the property, he may apply to the Certificate Officer. (2) The Certificate Officer shall fix a day for investigating the matter, and shall summon the party against whom the application is made to appear and answer the same.
