(l) Ifany decree is modified or amended as a rcsult of an appeal or of an order under section 50. the decree as so modified or amended shatl lbr the purposes of execution. be deemed to be the decree ofthe original Court. (2) Decree against persons resident beyond the jurisdiction of the Court. if satisfaction cannot be obtained within the [Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh]a shall be transferred for execution to a Court having jurisdiction.
