Any person claiming to be interested in property seized under section 49 may, within one month from the date of any order passed by a Magistrate under section 51, section 52 or section 53, present an appeal there from to the out to which order made by such Magistrate are ordinarily appealable, and the order passed on such appeal shall be final.
