The [State]1 Government may, by notification rn the [Arunachal Pradesh]2 Gazette- (a) declare that any trees or any specified class of trees standing on any land at the disposal of the Government shall, from a date to be fixed by such notification be reserved trees ; (b) vary or cancel any such notification.
