(2) It extends to [the whole of the Union Territory of Arunachal Pradesh Provided that the [State]2 Government may by notification in the Arunachal Pradesh]' Gazette. exempt any place, from the operation of the whole or any part thereof and withdraw such exemption; and (3) It shall come into force on such day as the [State]2 Government, by notification in the [Arunachal Pradesh]? Gazette directs : (4). A notification under the proviso to sub-section (2) exempting a place from the operation of the whole or any pan of the Regulation shall not affect anything done, or any offence committed, or any fine or penalty imposed in such place before such exemption.
