Right to appeal : Every employee or student of the University or ol a constituent college, shall notwithstanding anything mntained in this Act, shall have the right to appeal within such time as may be prescribed, to the Board of Managemenl against the decision of any officer or authority ot the University or ol the Principal ol any such college, and thereupon the Board of Management may conlirm, modity or change the decision so appealed against ; 188
