The Finance Otlicer : (1) The appointment ot the Finance Ofticer shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes; (2) The Finance Officer shall exercise such other powers and perlorm such other duties as may be prescribed by statute of the University or may be required from time lo time by the Board of Governors : 180 (3) The Vice-Chancellors is empowered to remove the Finance Of- ficer after due enquiry. lt will be open to the Vice-Chancellor to suspend the Finance Officer during enquiry depending upon the seriousness of the charges as he may deem fit:
