University for all classes, castes, creed, religion, region, lan- guages and gender and provisions lor lhe students of Arunachal Pradesh: The University shall be opened to all irrespective of class. caste, Creed. religion, region, language or gender; Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent the University from making special provisions loradmissions to students of the socially and economically weaker section of the society, espe- cially for the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
