Penalty for unauthorized use by requesting entity : Whoever, being a requesting entity, uses the identity information ofan individual in contravention of Section .12 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees and shall be liable to compensate the person who is adversely affected by such contravention.
