Honorary Degiee : TheAcademic Senate shall recommend that an honorary degree of academic distinction be conferred to any person on the ground that if he is in their opinion by reason of eminent attainment and position, fit and proper to receive such degree or academic distinction, the Board of Governors may, by a resolution, decide that the same may be conferred to the person recommended.
