Annual Report: (1) The Annual Report of the University shall be prepared under the directlon of the Board of Management and shall be submitted to the Board ofGovernors for its approval. (2) The Board of Govemors shall consider the Annual Report in its meeting and may approve the same with orwithout modiflcation. (3) Copies of the Annual Report along with resolution of the Board of Governors shall be submitted to the.SEte Governmertt. The State . Government shall present the same before the State Legislature at their nex earliest session.
